Double Fine, the company behind Psychonauts and Brutal Legend, was approached by Sony. According to PlayStation Official Magazine UK’s encounter with Double Fine’s founder, Tim Schafer, at PAX East, he was surprised that Sony approached them, “because we’re not Bungie… or Insomniac”.
