According to BF4Central, a promotional poster for Battlefield 4 from an EB Games Australia store hints at a possible DLC pack called ‘Drone Strike’ as well as a new multiplayer mode known as Commander mode. Little insight is offered on the single-player campaign except that players will experience more than just a ‘thrill ride’ with an ‘elite squad of soldiers’.

A Tesco listing suggests the title for Activision’s upcoming Call of Duty title ‘Ghosts’ which will be released as part of the annual cycle. The advert also states that the military shooter is slated for release on November 5, Tuesday. Star Trek launch trailer is a go

Namco Bandai has released the launch trailer for Star Trek, featuring all that high tech spaceship stuff, monsters, Chris Pine’s virtual twin and Spock with his iconic hairstyle and blue outfit. The game is available on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 today in North America while the UK launch will be on this Friday, April 23.

Valve holds the great Portal weekend sale once again

If you’ve been looking to pick up Valve’s famous puzzle-solving game, the two Portal games are on sale again this weekend on Steam. It’s not the first time we’ve seen this sale, but for over the past year, Valve’s Portal promotions have always taken 75% off every time. So short of them giving away the game for free, it’s safe to assume these sale prices are the lowest they’ll go.

Nvidia giving away free Metro: Last Light with graphics card purchases

Nvidia just announced today that it will bundle upcoming post-apocalyptic horror game Metro: Last Light with the purchase of any GTX660 or higher graphics card (basically most of their GPU models). The promotion starts today and looks like a North American and European affair (sorry, South America, Australia and Asia!). Two months ago, AMD did the same thing with 3 then-upcoming titles: Crysis 3, BioShock Infinite and Tomb Raider.

A total remake of Castle of Illusion Starring Mickey Mouse has just been confirmed by Sega and Disney Interactive today.
