Crysis 3 system requirements for PC detailed

EA has released details of the minimum, recommended and high performance system requirements for PC consoles for the upcoming first-person shooter blockbuster, Crysis 3. The Crytek-developed game will not support Windows XP but requires 2 GB of memory and a DirectX 11 graphics card to run. The supported operating systems are Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8.

Set 24 years after Crysis 2, players will take on the role of Prophet (previously known as “Alcatraz”) who returns to New York City as he unravels more CELL-related conspiracies. The sequel will also feature urban jungles, instead of concrete ones, and introduces the bow and arrow as a new weapon.

Crysis 3 is due for release in February 2013 for PC, Xbox 360 and PS3.
