According to The Gaming Liberty, a new survey suggests that Ubisoft is looking for inspiration and opinions for the next Assassin’s Creed game, asking participants if they would like to play as Desmond and Connor again and explore the Revolution/Frontier more.
The survey inquires if survey participants want the “possibility for a friend to join the game in order to help me at any time during the solo mode” and asks if they would buy the game should a release date [...]

The developers of Return to Castle Wolfenstein, Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory and Enemy Territory: Quake Wars are back again with a free-to-play multiplayer shooter for PC called Dirty Bomb, built using Unreal game engine.

After the release of new Halo 4 Spartan Ops missions this week, players have taken to the forums to complain of problems experienced when connecting to multiplayer servers. Developer 343 Industries is aware of the issue and are already looking into it.
Halo Waypoint forum team posted a reply saying, “There are a few hundred players who have been unable to connect to our servers since yesterday. We’re investigating now and hope to have an update soon.”

EA has released the box art for the upcoming four-player cooperative action video game Fuse, formerly known as Overstrike. The game will star four misfit agents known as Overstrike 9 who attempt to infiltrate and stop an organization, which plans to destroy mankind in the near future.
The game is developed by Insomniac Games and due for release in March 2013 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
The description reads, “Rise from the ashes and fight for survival! In Battlefield 3: Aftermath, players fight for supremacy amongst shattered streets and buildings across four earthquake ravaged maps.”
PS3 Battlefield Premium members who bought Battlefield 3 Aftermath for $14.99 can now play while the DLC will be accessible for Xbox 360 and PC Premium members on December 4. PS3 players will get access on December 11 and for other platforms on December 18.

On December 4, Rockstar Games is releasing the Painful Memories Pack for Max Payne 3, featuring four new maps – Marty’s Bar, Shoot First, Canal De Panamá and Roscoe Street Subway from the first Max Payne game. The DLC includes new assault rifles, avatars, items and introduces a new feature called the Hangover Burst which causes blurred vision, reduced stamina and health to respawned enemies.

Mike Julliard has started a petition on change.org to get Rockstar Games to release Grand Theft Auto V on PC because “GTA is an amazing PC game and the idea of it not being on PC is a mistake”. Already more than 50,000 people have signed the petition and about 49,000 more are needed.
